There are many in our local community who are vulnerable to the virus and may need your personal help. Let us know your ability and availability in the form on this page and we'll connect you to someone in your area that could use a hand.

Food Pantry

We have need of supplies since our food pantry is one of the few that have remained open throughout the crisis. Peanut butter, pasta sauce, insta-oats and insta-noodles, canned meat (if can find it), toiletries. We have LOTS canned veggies.

Saturday Mar 28 - 10:00am - 11:00am

Wednesday Apr 8 - 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Saturday Apr 11 - 10:00am - 11:00am (volunteer needed)

Wednesday Apr 22 - 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Chesapeake Regional Medical center

Chesapeake Regional Medical center is in desperate needs of masks.😷 Craft and sewing groups unite! We could generate some much needed help for our healthcare workers.

Supplies for

sentara Medical

One of their greatest needs at this time are personal protective equipment PPE items:

  • Masks (N95 or Disposable Face Masks)

  • Nitrile Gloves

  • Impervious Gowns (level 1 – level 4)

  • Disposable Shoe Covers 

  • Fog-free Face Shields

  • Goggles 

The community is asked to visit www.sentara.com/coronavirus to view contact information for drop-offs at each Sentara hospital, and call in advance to schedule a time to drop-off supplies between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
