Office Manager / Event Planner

TITLE: Office Manager / Event Planner REPORT TO: Senior Pastor

The organized one is what they called you when you were growing up! People would say “if you want to get something done...ask her or him” Then they would have asked you, and guess what, you would get it done and get it done right. Your Friends joke and say

“You are so Type A” and you would say proudly under your breath

“I know!”

Are they encouraged just talking to you? Can they trust you with their deepest, darkest secrets?

Do they feel that you’re best friends even if they’ve just briefly had a conversation with you?

How about this?

Do they feel that you ooze joy? Ooze is a weird way to put it, and maybe you crinkled your nose because it sounds gross, but that’s exactly who you are! A person who is oozing with joy.

You see, this is important because with this position, you become the face of the church.
